I am trained as a Humanistic Integrative therapist. I use a variety of different models of counselling adapting to what is best for you. I work with you to look at all the different elements within your life and try and help you find a way through your difficulties and towards the life that you want.
Counselling can give you time out to reflect on things. A chance to consider past experiences and how they have affected you, to find ways through current issues and also increase your awareness of yourself and others.
