How do I know if you are the right counsellor for me?
I offer an initial free consultation of 30 minutes. Usually this is by telephone. This is a chance for us to chat and for you to help decide if counselling might be right for you and if we would work well together.
How much does it cost?
Sessions are £50 , sessions last 50 minutes.
How can I contact you?
Through the contact form on this site, or on the phone number above or via email on blueskynottingham@hotmail.com . I will return your call or email as soon as possible and arrange an appointment.
When are sessions available ?
I work Monday to Friday and offer appointments at various times. The earliest available is 09:30 , the latest is 7pm. When you contact me I can give you details of what days and times are currently available to see if that works for you.
How many sessions do I need ?
This is entirely up to you. I work both long term and short term so we agree this between us and we can adapt as the work continues .
